Salary: $16.60 - $22.41 hourly

We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the daily operations of the Front Desk at Portland'5 Centers for the Arts. Working in the main business office of Portland'5, the position's primary duties include: answering phone calls from the public and business associates; responding to ticketing and event-related inquiries; directing inquiries via phone and email to appropriate Portland'5 personnel or department; screening and directing visitors to meetings, personnel, and departments. Your passion for providing excellent customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and skills in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and in performing other administrative functions will help Portland'5 as we continue providing memorable experiences for guests, artists, and events at the fifth largest performing arts center in the United States.

A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative support or general clerical position, High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that would provide the knowledge, skills and abilities required for the successful performance of the position.
