The Concert and Special Event Servers set up the concert service areas for the outdoor food locations and the outdoor alcohol service locations. During the show, they pour beer and wine, serve various food products, cashier, act as alcohol monitors and ID checkers. At the end of the event, the servers break-down the service area.
Employees who work the second or swing shift (between 12:00 noon and 6:59 p.m.) shall receive $1.10 per hour in addition to their regular hourly rate. Zoo employees may not accept tips.

Multiple temporary positions are available. Temporary employees are limited to 1040 hours in a 12 month period.

• Servers assigned to concert concessions must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid OLCC Servers permit
• Experience serving food and/or beverages in a concessions environment
• Customer service experience
• Must have ability to obtain a Multnomah County Food Handler's Permit at the time of employment (upon hire)
• Any combination of education and experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the classification duties and responsibilities
• Experience serving in a high volume setting
• Cashiering experience
