Salary: $12.63 hourly
Multiple temporary positions are available. Temporary employees are limited to 1040 hours of work in a 12 month period.

The Oregon Zoo is hiring for people to assist with Wildlife Live shows and other events as the primary point people to set-up for and teardown after these events. In addition, these positions will have the opportunity to perform general labor functions such as moving boxes, hanging up banners and setting up a variety apparatus to name a few things. If you have a strong commitment to customer service, performing physically strenuous work, and have a positive attitude consider applying for this temporary position. You'll be working in a fun environment at Portland's most visited attraction while building your resume with skills in customer service and teamwork.
Employees in this position perform set-up, minor repairs, operation and take down of exhibits. Employees set up and break down canopies and related equipment for events.

Any satisfactory equivalent combination of post-high school work experience and training which ensures the ability to perform the work.
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to physically perform the duties of this position
• Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to drive Oregon Zoo vehicles
