"It's important for me to continue my education because I am reminded every day that having a GED is a basic requirement for new opportunities. Applying myself is a great moment to get ahead." - Irma Juarez Torres As a part of her enrollment, Irma enters our World of Work assessment to explore potential career paths and the training needed to get her there. We're rooting for you, Irma! |
At Prosperidad, it all starts with Career Mapping
Career Coaches at Centro de Prosperidad have been trained to help identify your strengths and skills for today's job market. We recognize that a one-size-fits-all approach to workforce development isn't appropriate for the current reality of employment: duties and job requirements are constantly changing as our work-places adapt to technology and global competition.
Our program begins by visualizing the many paths ahead. Is starting a small business the best way to maximize your skills? Are you unemployed and need a quick job to pay upcoming bills? Do you feel like you're ready to take a leap into a career, but don't know where to start? Do you need support receiving a certification, like completing your GED or learning a new technical manufacturing skill, to earn more?
These are questions our Coaches help our clients answer. We have a full service case management approach that puts you front and center. The result is a Career Map with concrete steps - made for you - to help you meet your career goals.
Give us a call or e-mail our team. You might be surprised with what's possible.
