Salary: $11.72 hourly
These are temporary positions. Two temporary positions available. Although temporary positions are limited to a maximum of 1040 hours per 12 month period.

This position will serve as a support person for the Safety & Security team at the Oregon Zoo and provides customer service to all guests and other staff members. The primary duties performed by this position entail serving guests and staff members both in person and over telephone and radio, providing dispatch services for Zoo Public Safety officers, entering and retrieving information into computer databases, and may provide first aid. These positions report to Security management. This is not a security position.

• High school diploma or GED certificate or sufficient education to demonstrate the ability to read instructions and perform routine math with accuracy, and
• Customer service experience in a public setting, or
• Any combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of this position
• First Aid / CPR certification is preferred
